Natelle

My name is Natelle Murphy, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I’m currently completing my clinical practicum for a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology under the guidance of a certified supervisor. At the heart of my therapeutic philosophy is a commitment to client-centred care, grounded in compassion, empathy, and a deep respect for individual experiences and perspectives. I believe in fostering collaborative sessions where evidence-based interventions are tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and journey. It would be my privilege to work alongside you in achieving growth and healing on your terms.

My background includes a Bachelor of Engineering degree and over five years of experience in the energy sector, refining my skills in collaboration and adaptive thinking. I served for two years as a Crisis Responder, gaining profound insights into supporting individuals dealing with challenging thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. Currently, I am the Vice Chair on the executive board of the Conception Bay Family Resource Program, providing dedicated support, resources, and community to young families. My experience equips me to effectively address anxiety, mood disorders, and rumination. I have a special passion for helping those navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and family challenges.
